Blue-Halo started in November 2024 with an idea and a website

We are two part-time volunteers, and a growing number of fundraising entrepreneurs. We are geographically dispersed, so the typical fundraising dinner with presentations is not possible. Events make sense and additionally, Blue-Halo has a travel agency. Travel agency commissions cover administrative costs for direct donations, so direct donations are 100% building

If we have 1/3 direct donations and 2/3 entrepreneur driven, overhead is under 35%. Under 35% is the benchmark to be considered efficient

Our legal name is Haymerica Education, located in Cannelton, Indiana. That is what you search to find us on the IRS website

Woods is why we started this effort. He attends Tell City Jr/Sr High School and lives with dad in Cannelton, IN



Lance (aka Dad)

Lance takes care of Woods and is available to help where needed

Future Group Home

Once completed, the home will be run by another charity, maybe Easter Seals or SIRS

You can choose to fund a specific project within the home and have a plaque or metal tag placed nearby what you sponsored

Once this project is fully funded, we will start a second one and proceed from there
